Pharrell Williams Buys N1B Home In Hollywood

Pharrell Williams has just made himself happy by dropping a whopping N1.4 billion ($7M) to secure himself one of Hollywood Hill’s most stylish homes.

According to Variety Magazine, the 42-year-old Grammy winner’s new home is blessed with a stylish compound high above the Sunset Strip in the historically musical area of Laurel Canyon.

It is called the Skyline Residence and is filled with futuristic qualities in its steel, concert and glass construction and design elements like a folded roof.

The home – which was built and lived in by architect Hagy Belzberg – was listed in July for $9.5 million.

“Skyline Residence is a rare example of world class architecture representing one of the most important pieces of contemporary architecture built in LA in the last decade”, the listing says.

The often celebrated property is in fact two buildings with a main four to five bedroom open plan house and a two story one bedroom guest house.
