Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift fight over VMAs nomination list

Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift exchange bitter words on Twitter yesterday, July 21 and it had everything to do with the recently released MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) nomination list.

Nicki slammed the awards show for snubbing two of her hit tracks � Anaconda and Feeling Myself � but in the course of that, took a swipe at Taylor’s ‘Bad Blood’ video.

Minaj thinks her solo video and her duet with Beyoncé got dissed because they don’t fit the required body type —

She wrote: ”If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year.”

Considering Bey�(for “7/11”) and Taylor (for “Bad Blood”) are the only other female nominees … Swift immediately took offense to Nicki’s shot, and fired back,

“It’s unlike you to pit women against each other,” Swift posted. Adding, ”I’ve done nothing but love & support you.”

According to TMZ, Minaj claims she wasn’t trying to start beef with no body but as it stands right now, its damn too late.
