Toke Makinwa, Maje Ayida’s Legal Saga Takes A New Twist

Drama took over a court setting today as the defamation case against Toke Makinwa by her ex husband, Maje Ayida was being heard by Hon Justice Oluwakayode Ogunjobi of Lagos High Court.

Maje’s baby mama, Anita Solomon said she took in after Rhythm FM OAP, Toke Makinwa and Maje legally splited as husband and wife.

She said the ex couple, put pen to paper as regards their separation, which Maje gave to her as evidence.

Toke’s lawyer, Olumide Fusika by name, described Maje as a man of questionable character while the opposition defending Maje, brought up Toke pleading with Maje to go on holiday with her to Zanzibar after they had separated, as a counter argument.

Olumide Fusika said Toke is an advocate for ladies while Maje’s attorney disagreed by asking what exactly Kemi thought her client was advocating and whether it is bleaching or advising the young girls to start having sex.

It was shown in court that Toke and Maje had signed a legal separation agreement before Anita Solomon became a part of their lives.

It got signed 6 months into marriage.
