Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi Has Developed Enugu State – Okowa

Delta State governor, Ifeanyi Okowa has come out to congratulate Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi as he clocked 57.

He recently revealed this in statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Olisa Ifeajika, in Asaba, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi deserves nothing but praise for his amazing contributions to the growth and development of Enugu State.

He added that Ugwuanyi’s vision of deploying government services to create fair and equal opportunity for everyone in his state is highly commendable.

His words, “Your focus and commitment to the growth and development of your state, especially rural communities, have been greatlyacknowledged, and I must thank the peace loving people of Enugu state for their cooperation with you in the nearly six years of your administration.”

“On behalf of the government and people of Delta, I heartily rejoice with a man of peace, a seasoned administrator and my brother governor, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, as he turns 57 years.”

“It is our prayer that God will continue to protect you and grant you good health to render more services to your state and manking.”

Lawrence Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (popularly known as “Gburugburu”) (born 20 March 1964) is a Nigerian politician who was elected as the Executive Governor of Enugu State in April 2015, and was sworn on 29 May 2015.

He was a member of the House of Representatives of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for 12 years. He is a People’s Democratic Party (PDP) member and represented Igboeze North/Udenu Federal Constinuency of Enugu State.

Ugwuanyi was elected the Governor of Enugu State under the PDP. He was sworn in as the governor of Enugu State for a second tenure on May 29, 2019.

Ugwuanyi was born in March 1964 and is from Orba Town in Udenu Local Government Area of Nsukka Zone in Enugu State. He attended St. Theresa’s College, Nsukka. He holds bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
