Solomon Lar, PDP founding chairman passes on in the US

The first civilian Governor of Plateau State, and the first chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Chief Solomon Lar, is dead.

Reports say Lar passed on in a US hospital early on Wednesday, where he had been undergoing�treatment since January this year.
He had been discharged from the hospital last week, but went into coma two days later and was placed on a life support.

May his soul rest in perfect peace.
