A Drunk Driver Got Away With My Mother’s Murder – Biodun Stephen

Nollywood producer, Biodun Stephen has jumped on Instagram to speak of her grief while recalling her mother’s death.

She recently had her say via her social media page, and fans have been reacting.

According to her, she recently passed the area where her mother was killed by a drunk driver, and even though 23 years have passed, she is still hurt.

Biodun added that the drunk driver actually got away with her mother’s murder, and it was a painful experience for her.

Film-making in Nigeria is divided largely along regional, and marginally ethnic and religious lines. Thus, there are distinct film industries – each seeking to portray the concern of the particular section and ethnicity it represents. However, there is the English-language film industry which is a melting pot for filmmaking and filmmakers from most of the regional industries.
