Attacks Against Me Are Attempts To Undermine Rabiu Kwankwaso’s Political Legacy – Abba Kabir Yusuf

The Kano State Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf has come out to say that the ongoing legal battles surrounding his tenure are not merely personal attacks.

He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, he has noticed that the legal battles have gone beyond personal attacks nowadays and they have grown to become attempts to undermine the political legacy of his mentor, Sen. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.

He added that he’ll keep working under the guidance of Kwankwaso regardless of whatever anyone thinks.

His words, “All his political travails including his losses at the Elections Petition Tribunal and the Court of Appeal are targeted attacks against his mentor and political godfather, Eng. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.

We are going to continue working under his (Kwankwaso) guidance and leadership to do the needful, God willing.

Even if the world says they are not going to give us anything because of his (Kwankwaso) vision, we are not going to turn our back on him and his vision.

We must not exchange bitter words with anyone but to channel our energy to motivating Kano people.”
