This couple was snapped, by workers in the nearby WhatCulture offices, last week. The couple was spotted making love atop Newcastle’s ancient city walls

“Congratulations to the happy couple who just had sex on top of the Newcastle city wall. Rumbled,” tweeted Simon Gallagher.

Built during the 14th and 15th centuries to ward off Scottish raiders, Newcastle’s ancient city walls are a
proud testament to the rich history of the city.
