Did UNILAG Really Hand E-Money A Honorary Doctorate Degree?

Recently, reports had it that Five Star Music boss, Emeka Okonkwo a.k.a E-Money had bagged a doctorate degree in business management and corporate governance in UNILAG.

E Money revealed that the degree was awarded on the campus and several Nigerians assumed the degree was handed over to him by the school since the announcement came the same week UNILAG had their convocation.

However, UNILAG has released a statement highlighting those that recently received doctorate degree from the school.

On a post shared on Unilag’s Facebook page, the school shared the names of students that were given their doctorate degrees.

The Nigerian institution revealed their school’s official colors as maroon and yellow as opposed to the blue and yellow academic gown E-money was spotted wearing when he received his degree.
