Eddie Murphy to be a father for the ninth time as girlfriend Paige Butcher announces pregnancy

Eddie Murphy is about to be a dad for the ninth time. This was announced by his reps who told E! News that the 54-year-old actor is expecting his first child with Australian actress and model, Paige Butcher.

Butcher and Murphy have been dating for four years, although neither of them talk much about their relationship in the media. In her 2013 interview with Vanity Fair, Butcher admitted that they were dating and added that it made her scared of social media.

�I’m in a relationship with a celebrity, so I felt like there’s already enough of me out there,” she sadi. �I felt like I was giving out too much information. I was giving people too much access. I like to keep as much private as possible now.”

Murphy has five children with his ex-wife, Nicole Murphy (Bria, 25, Myles, 22, Shayne, 21, Zola, 15, and Bella, 13), a 26-year-old son called Eric with ex-girlfriend Paulette McNeely, a 25-year-old son called Christian with Tamara Hood, and an 8-year-old daughter named Angel with talent show host, Mel B.
