Ex BBNaija housemate, Ka3na has come out to blast Nigerians who spend massive amounts of energy, time and money on organizing a luxury wedding.

She recently had her say via her social media page, and fans have been reacting.

According to her, instead of expending so much money on organizing elaborate weddings for people who have no interest in their union, couples should learn to channel their resources into ensuring the success of their marriage.

Ka3na added that after your marriage stands the test of time for decades, you can now organize a party to celebrate the success of your union.

Her words, “Honestly, in today’s society, we need to strive for improvement. Expending a significant amount of energy, time, and money on staging a spectacle for individuals who genuinely lack interest, all in the name of a wedding… why not channel those resources into ensuring the success of the marriage, enabling it to endure for 20 years? Then, you can organize a grand carnival to commemorate the union, with your genuine well-wishers and beautiful children cheering you on.”

WOW.

The first season of the show first aired on DStv Channel 37 from March 5 to June 4, 2006. In a twist to the game, two new contestants were introduced on Day 23, much to the excitement of the remaining housemates.

Ebuka, the most popular housemate for several weeks into the show and widely believed to emerge the winner was the seventh housemate to be evicted; many viewers blame the Joe’s Fan Club (JFC) for his eviction. Joe himself was soon evicted from the show.

Big Brother added another twist to the game on day 79 by cancelling the day’s scheduled nominations and making the housemates believe they will instead be evicted based on their performances on assigned tasks while in reality no more evictions were held and viewers began voting for the winner who turned out to be 26-year-old Katung Aduwak.
