Floyd Mayweather’s $26M Beverly Hills Mansion Burgled While On He Was Vacation

Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s home in Southern California was burglarized while he was away, Beverly Hills police said in a news release on Wednesday.
The theft of �luggage, sunglasses and accessories” was reported to police on Tuesday and occurred between Nov. 21 and Tuesday, police said.
�No suspect information is available and the suspect(s) remain outstanding,” Beverly Hills police spokesperson Elisabeth Albanese said in a statement. �Because this is an active investigation, no additional details are available for release at this time.”
The burglary is the latest targeted at athletes and celebrities in the Los Angeles area.
Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig has had two homes burglarized this year � most recently during Game 7 of the World Series earlier this month. Former NBA player and coach Derek Fisher had $300,000 worth of jewelry stolen in January. Golden State Warriors guard Nick Young had a safe with $500,000 worth of valuables stolen in March from his home in Tarzana and Venus Williams lost $400,000 worth of goods from her Florida home while at the US Open in September.
Mayweather purchased the 15,000-square foot home for $26 million in September, weeks after he earned an estimated $100 million in his bout against UFC champ Conor McGregor.
