Harvey Weinstein Underwent Emergency Heart Surgery To Remove Excess Fluid – Legal Rep

Jailed ex-Hollywood mogul, Harvey Weinstein has undergone a successful emergency heart surgery.

He recently went for the treatment at Bellevue Hospital in New York City, according to a legal representative, and the world has been reacting.

According to his rep, the 72-year-old was in the ICU at the Manhattan hospital after undergoing heart surgery to alleviate the massive amount of fluid on his lung and heart, and the plan is to keep him in the hospital indefinitely through the trial to deal with his ailments.

Weinstein remains in custody in New York while awaiting retrial on rape and sexual assault charges in Manhattan.
