Harvey Weinstein Won’t Face Charges Of S*xual Assault In Britain – Crown Prosecution Service

Popular Hollywood producer, Harvey Weinstein will not face charges of indecent assault in Britain.

The Crown Prosecution Service has decided to discontinue proceedings because there is no longer a realistic prospect of conviction, and fans have been reacting.

According to the CPS, they have explained their decision to all parties involved, and they’ll keep encouraging any potential victims of s*xual assault to come forward and report to police.

The service added that they will be ready to prosecute wherever their legal test is met.

It read, “We have explained our decision to all parties. We would always encourage any potential victims of sexual assault to come forward and report to police, and we will prosecute wherever our legal test is met.”
