I Don’t Like How Judge Kevin M. Farmer Has Been Handling My Divorce Case – Tyrese Gibson

Popular American actor, Tyrese Gibson is requesting for a new judge amid his divorce case with ex, Samantha Lee.

He recently made the request over claims Superior Court Judge Kevin M. Farmer is biased against him, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, he doesn’t agree with how Farmer has been handling the case thus far, especially after he suddenly canceled a court hearing and ordered him to pay a $450k bond within 10 days in connection with his appeal of an order in the case.

Tyrese added that the judge actually cancelled the hearing only a few days before it was set to take place.

His lawyers said, “This latest injustice by Judge Farmer is just one of many actions which suggests that there may be something else is going on at the Fulton County Superior Court Judge. Is there collusion going on with Judge Farmer and Samantha Gibson’s lawyers, or does Judge Farmer regularly deny litigants the opportunity to be heard?

Judges are supposed to use their authority and discretion to make fair and impartial decisions in the cases in which they are assigned. They are supposed utilize the authority that they have to carefully evaluate the testimony of the witnesses and the evidence presented.

Judges have to be patient and allow parties to have their days in court. Judges are supposed to allow every person the opportunity to be heard – to present all of their information, evidence, and testimony that they have so that the judge can use his discretion to make a fair decision.”
