Investing In Education In Kano State Will Be My Most Cherished Legacy – Rabiu Kwankwaso

Former Governor of Kano State, Rabiu Kwankwaso has come out to say that the establishment of Maitama Sule University and Aliko Dangote University of Science and Technology are his best and most cherished achievements as Governor of Kano State.

He recently had his say during the inauguration of an ultramodern auditorium named after him by Skyline University, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, the establishment of both universities will forever be remembered after his stint as governor, and he sees them as his investment in Kano State education.

He, however, added that he recognizes the importance of his other projects, including flyovers, roads, agricultural development and rural electrification.

His words, “My best and cherished legacy while in office as Governor of Kano State was my investment in education.

My projects, including flyovers, roads, agricultural development, and rural electrification, among others, are not my best compared to the establishment of the two universities and other educational projects.”
