Its A Baby Boy!! Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Welcome Their 2nd Child

The family has welcomed their second child � a baby boy. Kim and Kanye’s son was born early Saturday morning today � 5th December 2015.

Kim has shared her pregnancy journey with fans including her fears, concerns and details including the baby being in a breech position and eventually the painful process of turning him in the womb.

The baby’s name has not been released at this time.
