In the explosive trailer, Kim and Kanye West are shown trying to do all they can to get pregnant for a second time, even seemingly resorting to sex in the bathroom during a photoshoot.

According to E! As she was getting dolled up for a pictorial, Khloe queries: ‘Was Kanye here?… You didn’t bone in a bathroom.’

Kim turns her head toward her sister while flashing a wry smile and pointing at her, to which Khloe responds: ‘That’s how hard you’re trying?’

It is quickly followed by Kim visiting a doctor while hooked up to an ultrasound machine, the physician says: ‘We want to see another pregnancy some time soon.’
