Britain’s King Charles is set to visit a hospital next week for a procedure to treat his enlarged prostate, Buckingham Palace has said.

The Palace recently had its say via a press statement, and the world has been reacting.

According to Buckingham, the cancer is quite common with thousands of men each year, so the King has sought immediate treatment to avoid a more serious health condition in the future.

The Palace added that King Charles will visit one of the best hospitals around next week for a corrective procedure.

It read, “In common with thousands of men each year, The King has sought treatment for an enlarged prostate. His Majesty’s condition is benign and he will attend hospital next week for a corrective procedure. The King’s public engagements will be postponed for a short period of recuperation.”
