Nollywood‘s Toni Tones has said that a prequel to Kemi Adetiba’s “King of Boys” is in the works.
She recently revealed on Twitter that it will actually be a series and not a regular movie like the last one.
Toni added that the prequel series has been commissioned but did not disclose which platform commissioned it.
Her words, “A prequel has been commissioned and it’s a series. So you’re about to get a lot more than two hours of young Eniola.”
This confirms what Kemi Adetiba said about shooting a second phase, months back.
Her words were, “So, finally tackled the scene where Makanaki and Odogwu Malay meet (read as confront) each other for the first time in KOB 2… And..”
We cannot wait.
