House of Representatives member, Akin Alabi has come out to back an X user who wrote that building houses for rent is a bad investment.

He recently had his say via his social media page, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, he once had properties in Lagos which he put up for rent, but he eventually had to sell them as he failed to make his returns from the investment, and he even lets people live in them for free nowadays.
