The Police in Katsina State have arrested a man for allegedly making love to a horse. Alhaji Usman Abdullahi, Katsina State Commissioner of Police, disclosed this on Thursday in Katsina while briefing newsmen.
He said that the man was arrested two days ago at night near Polo Ground in Katsina by a police patrol team.
