Mohbad Played A Role In Cutting Down The Prime Of His Youth – Tunde Bakare

Popular Nigerian Pastor, Tunde Bakare has come out to say that MohBad was associating with evil people while he was alive.

He recently had his say while preaching to his congregation, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, the deceased did not know that the harvest would eventually come, and certain actions he took played a role in cutting down the prime of youth.

Tunde added that even the name he chose as his stage name in the music industry is not a good one.

His words, “My wife and I listened to a tape last night on MohBad. How many of you know MohBad? The Nigerian artiste who di£d at 27? MohBad.

When he was drinking and smoking and associating with evil men, he did not know that the harvest would come so soon and that he would soon be cut down at the prime of youth.

I am not blaming him, I am just telling you. Is MohBad a good name? Moh Bad.

There was a young man older than I am. He was a driver and his nickname was Èsù (devil). Everywhere he went, people hailed him as Èsù and he would acknowledge them.

The day he cr@shed the car and he k#lled people and they thr£w him behind jail when he was brought out, he said ‘Méè Sèsù Méè Sèsù (I am not the devil).”

Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba (8 June 1996 – 12 September 2023), known professionally as MohBad, was a Nigerian rapper, singer and songwriter from Lagos. He was formerly signed to Naira Marley’s Marlian Records and left the label in 2022.

He was best known for his hit singles “Ponmo, Feel Good”, and “KPK (Ko Por Ke)” (You Will Always Be Remembered) with Rexxie which was nominated three times for The Headies awards 2022.

He released his debut album, Light, in the fourth quarter of 2020 as a follow-up to his viral song “Ponmo,” which featured Naira Marley and Lil Kesh. MohBad was nominated five times for The Beatz Awards 2021.

Naira Marley served as executive producer for the eight-track EP, which also bears the production stamps of SB, Rexxie, P.Beat, and Austin Sinister.
