Ex-BBNaija housemate, Mercy Eke has come out to open up about her decision to undergo a Brazilian butt lift surgery.

She recently had her say via her social media page, and fans have been reacting.

According to her, she did it mainly because it was the trendy thing to do around 2018, and she did not even tell her mother since she didn’t want anyone to discourage her.

Mercy added that it was worth it in the end and her plastic surgery bum is super soft nowadays.

Her words, “To be very truthful, it was the trend at the time. I think this was around 2018 and it was the trend, peer pressure and everyone was doing it. I had a very good form and it wasn’t bad, the stomach was too much.

I was really scared when I wanted to do it; I didn’t tell my mum because I didn’t want anyone to discourage me. So it was me and two of my other friends, we planned it, paid and did it together.

Getting your body massaged after the surgery is the painful part, also not being able to sleep on your bum for 14 days thereabout so you have to lay with your stomach. Also, when the nurses try to massage you to bring the water out.

It was worth it. People keep saying that I touched my face so I keep posting throwbacks for them to see. I have only touched my lips, I had fillers done, it dissolves after 3 months and I feel like people need to be more educated.

I had liposuction done and my bum is the softest you would even touch, it’s just fat so it feels like water.”

WOW.

The first season of the show first aired on DStv Channel 37 from March 5 to June 4, 2006. In a twist to the game, two new contestants were introduced on Day 23, much to the excitement of the remaining housemates.

Ebuka, the most popular housemate for several weeks into the show and widely believed to emerge the winner was the seventh housemate to be evicted; many viewers blame the Joe’s Fan Club (JFC) for his eviction. Joe himself was soon evicted from the show.

Big Brother added another twist to the game on day 79 by cancelling the day’s scheduled nominations and making the housemates believe they will instead be evicted based on their performances on assigned tasks while in reality no more evictions were held and viewers began voting for the winner who turned out to be 26-year-old Katung Aduwak.
