My S*xual Assault Case Must Be Thrown Out – Trey Songz

Popular American singer, Trey Songz is demanding his s*xual assault case be completely thrown out amid claims of bribery.

Recall that court documents recently obtained by Radar Online reveal that the alleged victim, Jauhara Jeffries claimed that Songz allegedly offered her $200,000 to lie about the assault, but Trey has presented a witness who disagrees.

According to Mariah Thielen, who claimed to be at the Miami nightclub with Jeffries and Songz on the night the alleged assault happen, the fracas started when Jeffries tried to record Songz at the nightclub, which Songz did not want her to do.

Mariah added that it was infact Jeffries’ attorney who eventually took her to lunch shortly after the incident, and offered her between $100,000 and $200,000, depending on the size of the judgment awarded to his client.
