Nigeria Immigration test or World cup crowd ??

This is not a National match day or sports related event. Today 15:03:2014 was supposed to be the day for the aptitude test for candidates seeking employment to the Nigerian Immigration Service.

Information reaching us now has it that candidates who applied for the immigration exam have been deprived from writing the exam due to the large turn out and lack of necessary facilities for the exam.

In Lagos, this led to a protest from the candidates as they blocked Stadium- Ikorodu Road Speaking to one of the angry candidates she said “This people are theives, after paying N1000 we couldn’t write the exam”.

Another candidate said, “they are not organised at all, I came here by 5am this morning and nothing to show for it”. We spoke to another person who said “The officials were practically throwing the exam paper at us, Nobody will move on this road today, We decided to block the road so that
Nigerians can feel our pain. Let the
government officials get to hear about this blockage.

Attempts to get through to an Immigration officer was futile.
