#NigeriaDecides: Senator ‘Gbenga Ashafa of Lagos East Senatorial District gets re-elected for a Second Term

Following the anticipated announcement of election results in Lagos East for both the National Assembly and Presidential Elections at the Independent National Electoral Commission office in Shomolu LGA, the results have now been released.

It is now official that the lawmaker representing Lagos East in the upper chamber of the National Assembly, Senator ‘Gbenga Ashafa (APC), has defeated Mrs. Olabisi Salis-Fakos (PDP) and clinched the seat for a second time.
