Nigerian First Ladies Must Use Their Positions Wisely – Oluremi Tinubu

Nigeria’s First Lady, Oluremi Tinubu has come out to urge wives of the 36 state governors to use their positions meaningfully.

She recently had her say while speaking to the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to her, he governor’s wives all over the country must know that they can use the position they are in to positively impact not only the lives of people in their states, but also that of other Nigerians living around them.

Remi added that it is also time for elected leaders to keep the promises made during the elections.

Her words, “I wish to remind each of us that the exalted positions we are in today should be seen as an opportunity to impact more meaningfully, not only in the lives of people in your states but Nigeria as a whole.”
