Nigerian lawyer, Deji Adeyanju has come out to say that the police have refused to grant Speed Darlington bail despite the order given by the Federal High Court in Abuja.

Reports recently revealed that Speed was granted unconditional bail and the only thing needed to do is for his legal team to get the ruling to the police legal department for them to reach out to the Force Investigation Department FID where the singer is being detained for compliance.

However, the singer’s legal team have since confirmed that they sent the court order to the police department but they are yet to get any response or compliance.

December 27 will make it a month since Speed was re-arrested by the police.
