Parents Must Learn To Reject Shocking Expensive Gifts From Their Kids – Dotun

Popular radio OAP, Dotun has come out to say that parents should learn to turn down certain gifts from their kids.

He recently revealed this in the wake of report of a 26-year-old millionaire killing his girlfriend at his Lagos apartment, and fans have been reacting.

According to him, expensive gifts should be immediately rejected by parents when they cannot equate its value with what their children do for a living.

Dotun added that turning down the gifts does not mean disowning the child, it just sends the right message.

His words, “Dear Parents, let’s normalize rejecting some gifts from our kids. Sometimes when your kids buy u expensive gifts & u can’t equate what they do to what they give you or u don’t know how they make their money; You can reject it. They are still your children & they will be alright.”
