An aide to the Delta state governor, Ossai Success Ovia has come out to blast UK-based cleric, Tobi Adegboyega for inviting Davido to his birthday party.

He recently had his say via his social media page, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, allowing Davido to perform at such gathering is an embarrassment to the Gospel, and Pastor Tobi should ask God for forgiveness.

Ossai added that only Gospel musicians had to be there to save more souls for the kingdom of God.

However, I didn’t feel the Holy Spirit’s presence, as the party was inconsistent with pastoral values.

As the founder of Salvation Proclaimers Anointed Church, Pastor Tobi Adegboyega’s actions appeared unrighteous, embarrassing the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

As a pastor , he should have invited Gospel musicians to come and minister to his guest and save souls to the kingdom of God .

Why does Pastor Tobi consistently bring embarrassment to the Gospel?

He should reconsider identifying as a pastor, as his actions lack the fruit of the Spirit.

A pastor cannot celebrate birthdays with secular performances.
