PDP Is A Dead Party, APC Is Out Of Touch With Reality – Rabiu Kwankwaso

The national leader of the New Nigeria People’s Party, Rabiu Kwankwaso has come out to say that the Peoples Democratic Party is a dead party.

He recently had his say while speaking during NNPP’s National Executive Committee meeting, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, despite the numerous challenges confronting the party, the NNPP is still the fastest-growing political movement in Nigeria, while parties like APC remain out of touch with the current realities Nigerians are grappling with.

Rabiu added that he can only thank NNPC’s supporters for their unshaken dedication and commitment.

His words, “I’m pleased to say that despite all the challenges, today, our party is the fastest-growing party in this country. I remember when I visited Katsina State to inaugurate our state office, I mentioned that the two parties, especially the PDP, were dead, and there are so many concerns within the fold of the PDP.

I’m sure when I made that statement, many of them did not foresee what is happening today—that the party has been broken into pieces.

The APC, as it stands today, is disconnected from the realities on the ground. The leadership is up there in the air, while the entire nation and its people are left on the ground. Whether they believe they are doing well or not, all of us, especially the voters, see that they are performing very, very badly—particularly when you look at the issues of security, the level of poverty in this country, and the menace of hunger that we are currently witnessing.”
