PDP Will Produce More Governors In 2027 – Ahmed Yayare

The Peoples Democratic Party has vowed to secure more governorship positions and reclaim power at the national level in 2027.

The PDP National Working Committee recently had its say during a visit to Bayelsa State Governor, Senator Douye Diri, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to its National Treasurer, Alhaji Ahmed Yayare, the widespread dissatisfaction and economic hardship in the country are the catalysts for PDP’s resurgence, and he expects PDP to produce more governors in 2027 because Nigerians are yearning for change.

Yayare added that if the party does not take over the leadership of the country, it could mark the end of democracy in Nigeria.

His words, “The disenchantment across the country is palpable. PDP will produce more governors in 2027 because Nigerians are yearning for change. If we do not take over the leadership of the country, it could mark the end of democracy in Nigeria.

Nothing stops PDP from producing the president and vice president in 2027. The cry of hunger and poverty is too much in the land. The 36 states of Nigeria are yearning for PDP’s return.

The APC cannot even campaign without facing public outrage. Nigeria is in your hands – we need your support to salvage this country.”
