Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian are back together again!

Days ago, tired of lounging at the pricey rehabilitation centre in Malibu, Scott Disick packed his bag, checked himself out and hopped on a chattered private jet.

And now, he reportedly has won the heart of his estranged partner and mother of his children Kourtney Kardashian.

TMZ reports that yesterday, the duo were spotted hanging out together for the first time since they split up in July. They attended the book release party of celebrity pastor Rick Wilkerson and in the video they obtained, Scott and Kourtney were seen standing so close to each other, and Scott looked smitten.
