See D’banj’s tweet that caused uproar on twitter

D’Banj took to Twitter yesterday to hype his latest single Bother You only for him to be insulted by his fans for being nonchalant about the current #BringBackOurGirls issue which is currently gathering momentum worldwide.

The #BringBackOurGirls issue is a global trend about 230 missing school students who were kidnapped in Nigeria last month – with D’Banj choosing to promote his new single instead of the global issue, questions were asked about his position as a UN ambassador for peace.

He later deleted both tweets.
