25 local and foreign famous songs have been reportedly banned by The Nigerian Broadcasting Commission (NBC) for containing obscene lyrics and visuals. Artistes affected’ include Davido, D’banj, Olamide, Timaya, Wizkid, Skuki, Olu Maintain, Phyno, Rihanna, Miley Cyrus, 2Chainz to mention a few. A circular has reportedly been issued to media houses to its effect.
