Terry Akewe, popularly known as Terri, is fast becoming a force to reckon with as a singer, songwriter and performer. Born on 27th of May 1999 in Lagos, Nigeria, he is the oldest of four siblings and hails from Edo State, Nigeria. Terri discovered his passion and love for music in secondary school. In December 2017, he got a call that turned his life around. Superstar, Wizkid had heard his cover of “Oshe” (DJ Jimmy Jatt featuring Wizkid) and hit him up, expressing his interest in signing him to the Starboy Entertainment imprint.

With over 30 million combined streams across platforms, Terri never falls short of incredible delivery on every song. His sound can be classified as Afro-Pop but his versatility in songwriting and vocal delivery sits distinctively on nearly any music genre.
