The War In Ukraine Is Nothing But An Abuse Of Power – Pope Francis

Pope Francis has come out to say that the ongoing war in Ukraine is a perverse abuse of power.

He recently had his say via a press statement, and the world has been reacting.

According to him, this complete abuse of power has condemned the defenceless people to brutal violence, and the tragedy of the war has left him completely stunned.

Pope Francis added that it is a shame to see humanity being constantly threatened by needless wars.

His words, “The tragedy of the war taking place in the heart of Europe has left us stunned.”

“Once more humanity is threatened by a perverse abuse of power and partisan interests which condemns defenceless people to suffer every form of brutal violence.”
