Those Who Once Protested Against Fuel Price Hike Have Increased It To N1,000 Per Litre – Kenneth Okonkwo

Nollywood actor, Kenneth Okonkwo has come out to aim a dig at Nigerians who are now purchasing the commodity for as much as N1000 per litre.

He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and Nigerians have been reacting.

According to him, these set of people who are currently queuing to buy petrol at N1000 per litre were still the same ones who filed out to protest against the increase of petrol to N140 per litre many years ago in Ojota.

He added that the same people who led the protest back then are the ones who have now increased it to as much as N1000 per litre.

Film-making in Nigeria is divided largely along regional, and marginally ethnic and religious lines. Thus, there are distinct film industries – each seeking to portray the concern of the particular section and ethnicity it represents. However, there is the English-language film industry which is a melting pot for filmmaking and filmmakers from most of the regional industries.
