The Sisters with Soul concert which held last September at the Eko Hotel Expo Centre in Lagos saw the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul, Mary J Blige re-uniting with Nigeria’s Tiwa Savage who was once a backup singer for the Queen.

The superstar applauded and recognized Tiwa Savage for her effort in pursuing her own Solo career and how successful she’s become on her own.

The Queen of Soul who stopped halfway through her performance to show her acknowledgement of Tiwa Savage’s presence in the audience and then gave an emotional recount of how they met and worked together.

She went further to Invite Tiwa to come join her on stage.

The reunion of the talented singers was a highlight of the successful concert, which featured a coming together of ladies of music; further championing the female movement for world domination.
